As the Joint International Council for the Regulation of Higher Education Qualifications (JICRHEQ) is a joint international Organization for various membership groups and Organisations, the council agreed that the language of operations of the Council will be Bulgarian Language since we are based in Bulgaria and in English Language because we serve global membership Organisations. 

Consequently, candidates who wish to study in countries where English Language is not the official language will need to legalise their diplomas (certificates)/documents, notarized them, and get them translated by an Official Sworn Translator into the language of the country, where the person wants to study.
