“JICRHEQ is the a Membership Service of the Association of Health Care Professionals – Bulgaria (AHCPBG), which is is a not-for-profit organisation so success, for us, is measured through the impact and reach of our activities and the scale of our contribution to helping students realise their aspirations.
Our purpose is to work in partnership with others to provide qualifications that support education in ways which enable all candidates to reach their full potential and to recognise and celebrate their achievements irrespective of their age, status, creed, race or otherwise."

The Joint International Council for the Regulation of Higher Education Qualifications (JICRHEQ) serves as a vital entity for awarding Levels 4 to 8 qualifications in higher education. Founded on the principles of integrity, transparency, and an unwavering commitment to quality, we uphold the regulatory standards set by the National Evaluation and Accreditation Agencies (NEAAs). We are proud to operate under Bulgarian government regulations as a registered organization and to align with the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA).
